In this episode 2 of the PROCON podcast, Paul is joined by Jan Cardol the CEO at PMI Netherlands, and Stefan Hollak the Manager Academy at Primaned Academy where they discuss The Marriage between Project Management and Project Controls.

The reality is one cannot live without the other. 

Project management in many cases is more difficult than chemistry, when you are duplicating an experiment you can influence all the permitted parameters, however with project management and project controls you can never duplicate the project. Every project is unique as you have different kinds of variables and risks.

Jan is a very experienced manager/coach of Projects, Programs, PMOs, Project&Product Life Cycles, and Business Cases in multidisciplinary and multicultural environments.

Experienced as a trainer PMP, CAPM, PM-Fundamentals, and Dynamic Business Case Management and experienced in PM health checks and maturity assessments.
